Returns & Exchanges

Aimé Leon Dore accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and dust bags are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
