What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
How do I participate in a Raffle or Draw?
For high-demand releases, we utilize a drawing system. You must have an account to enter. A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card; if you are not selected, the hold will be released within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout to ensure a seamless delivery process without unexpected fees.
How should I care for my ALD garments?
Care instructions vary by material. We recommend checking the internal care label on each garment. For our signature French Terry and knitwear, we generally suggest cold washing and hanging to dry to maintain fit and quality.
